Standard boiler service £120
Our standard annual boiler service rate. We will confirm that the boiler and location fall within the standard service scope when booking.
Hourly rate
£120 covers the call-out and first hour, then £80 per hour charged in half-hour increments. This daytime rate applies within our West London work area; evenings, weekends and work outside West London are quoted on request.
Free estimates
Discuss the requirement without obligation. Where a visit or survey is needed before quoting, the process will be explained first.
Bespoke quotations
Boiler replacement and larger heating work receive a written quotation based on the agreed scope rather than an invented headline price.
No surprise extras
If the condition of the system reveals something unexpected, we will explain it and agree how to proceed before expanding the job.
VAT: Rich Heating is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown. Parts, materials and any non-standard requirements will be confirmed before work proceeds.
